The HP Color LaserJet CP4025 has a monthly duty cycle of 100,000 pages and is recommended for mid-sized businesses that print between 2,000 and 7,500 pages per month. At 84.6 pounds, the HP Color LaserJet CP4025 is a larger unit meant to stay in one place. If you have a smaller office, or if space-saving is an issue, this unit may not be the best choice.
